TURN AROUND TIMES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Invitations and other printed materials are generally printed, packed and shipped within approximately 4 weeks of proof approval, but some artistry takes a bit more time. Special services like specialty printing that requires a steel die be created (foil stamping/letterpress) printed envelopes, die or laser cut items, and assembly will extend your order processing time as well. Then, please allow an additional 5-7 additional days for delivery. Some accessories ship from third party suppliers and may require additional production time. To ensure that these estimations for order processing and shipping are met, products from third party suppliers are often ordered soon after a deposit is placed and cannot be cancelled nor quantities changed. Minimum quantity orders will apply for increase in quantity after supplies have been ordered. Custom design and production begins once an order is received by Paper Muse .Co. Details such as quantity, color or size may not be changed once and order is placed and product acquisition and production has started as all of our products are made-to-order. We must acquire minimum quantities for custom-made products. If PMC were to wait until proofs were approved to begin acquiring products, our turn around times would double, if not triple. 

 

Check your individual item for an estimated ship window. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (excluding holidays). ​These are estimates and we do not guarantee ship-by dates. 

  • Most Fully Custom Wedding invitations & Save the Dates - Ready to ship within approximately 5-6 weeks of proof approval on all parts of order

  • Most Semi-Custom Wedding invitations & Save the Dates - Ready to ship within approximately 3-4 weeks of proof approval on all parts of order

  • Invitation Suites featuring Acrylic, Lasercut or Velvet - Read to ship withing approximately 5-6 weeks of proof approval

  • Most Digitally Printed (CMYK) Wedding invitations - Ready to ship within approximately 2-3 weeks of proof approval

  • Most White Ink / Specialty Laser Printing Wedding Invitations - Ready to ship within approximately 3-4 weeks of proof approval on all parts of order

  • Most Magnets - Ready to ship within 2 weeks of approval on all parts of order

  • Already Designed Wax Seals and other special order products - Ready to ship within 3-4 weeks of approval

      (Custom designed Wax Seals have a 5-6 week turn-around time from design approval)

  • Custom Artwork - Watercolor paintings have a 5-6 week turn-around time; Hand illustrations have a 2-3 week turn-around time. *This is in addition to proofing/printing/production and not concurrent with.

  • Most Wedding Day Stationery like seating charts, menus, wedding programs, table numbers and escort cards - Ready to ship within approximately 2-3 weeks of approval

  • Assembled Items - Determined at time of order placement

  • Sample Packs - Typically ready to ship within 2-3 business days

  • Print-Yourself Digital Files - First proof / print files will be emailed within 3-5 business days of order and template submission.

Make sure to email all of your wording and personalization requests in a timely manner to keep your order processing. The ship date is estimated and actual delivery may vary based on several factors, including personalization, proofing, customer service inquiries, order processing and shipping time estimates. Shipping outside the USA is not currently available.

As with many small businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our turn around times in many ways. We always strive to provide seamless customer service and fast turn around times. However, depending on the nature of your order, availability of products or services, and more, there may be unavoidable delays to your order. We always recommend, order as early as you can.

 

Should you need to order additional products once your order has been received, you will need to re-order the minimum amount defined on the product page you purchased. Always order at least 5-10 extras. Our turn-around times are based on beginning the creation process once your order is received, and not once your proofs are approved. If Paper Muse .Co has started the process of ordering supplies for and creating made-to-order products, minimums apply for reorders and/or UNDER MINIMUM FEES WILL APPLY, if applicable. This is also true for reducing quantities. Quantities may not be decreased as all of our products are made-to-order. Custom design and production begins once an order is received by Paper Muse .Co.
