Can we order 1 sample before placing the whole order?
Yes, but a single custom sample is very costly ($1000.00 and up) because it requires the same setup as a full order. Most couples start with ordering our Sample Pack instead, which includes one or two previously produced suites plus curated paper, envelopes, print styles, and finishing details in your style and color palette. What is the difference between digital printing, foil stamping, letterpress, and thermography?
-Digital printing is flat ink printed on the surface of the paper, clean and budget friendly.
-Foil stamping presses foil into paper with heat and pressure, shiny and luxe.
-Letterpress presses ink into thick cotton stock, leaving a tactile impression you can feel.
-Thermography is raised ink with a subtle glossy lift, classic and formal.

What are inner and outer envelopes, and how are they different from an RSVP envelope?
Outer envelopes are the mailing envelopes your guests see first.
Inner envelopes sit inside the outer envelope and hold the suite for an elevated presentation.
Inner envelopes are not always used and often, customers omit the inner envelope to reduce cost or simply don't feel it is needed. One thing to consider is that if you are including an envelope liner, if the liner is in the inner envelope, it won't get torn by guests opening the suite.
An RSVP envelope is the small envelope included only if guests are mailing back RSVP cards.

What is the turn around time for most orders?
Most orders are produced and shipped within about 4 weeks after proof approval. This is an estimate and timing can vary based on print method, materials, and season. Ordering sooner is always best.

Do you assemble invitations?
Suites are offered unassembled to keep pricing as accessible as possible. Assembly is available as an add on, and pricing is based on your specific order. If added, your invitations arrive fully assembled and ready to mail. Otherwise, we offer demos on our YouTube channel.

Can you print guest addresses?
Yes. Nearly all of our clients choose guest address printing on outer envelopes for a polished finish and a major time saver.

Do you have a design fee?
Yes. Fully custom design starts at $500 and is based on the complexity of the design and the number of custom elements requested.

Do you paint or draw venues?
Yes. Venue sketches start at $100 each. Watercolor paintings start at $200 each.
​
What is your turn around time for paintings?
Artwork is typically 4 to 6 weeks, plus print production time. A suite that includes custom watercolor artwork plus letterpress or foil is typically 8 to 10 weeks from start to finish.

Do you offer hand calligraphy?
We do not offer hand calligraphy in house, but we refer our favorite calligraphers. You can find the referral list at the bottom of our home page, and you can ship envelopes directly to the calligrapher you choose.

Can we rush our order?
Occasionally, if our production calendar allows. Most of the time we keep our schedule rush free so everything stays accurate and high quality.
