To stay up-to-date, visit: Supply Chain Issues. Paper Muse .Co is CLOSED on Wednesdays. We will also be closed from Thursday, June 9th until Monday, June 19th, 2023. All pending orders will halt processing and begin again once we reopen. We are unable to offer rush services or guarantee ship-by-dates. In the current production and manufacturing climate, it is impossible to anticipate delays with papers, printing, production/assembly, and shipping. To avoid delays, order as soon as possible. Laser cut and velvet products are currently taking approximately 4-5 weeks to produce. Read our Turn Around Times.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds of Deposits
Deposits to begin design are non-refundable. Once a deposit is provided, and design work has commenced, refunds will not be given for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations, event postponements, natural disasters such as flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, viral pandemic, famine, late delivery fault of shipping company, or otherwise. If design work has been done but printing has not been commenced or completed, partial refunds may be approved but are at the sole discretion of Paper Muse .Co on a per order basis. Neither the Authority nor the Operator (Owner) shall be considered in breach of this Contract to the extent that performance of their respective obligations is prevented by an Event of Force Majeure that arises after the Purchase Date.
Refunds of Printed Work
Due to the nature of customized printables and papers ordered direct from paper mills, Paper Muse .Co does not offer full refunds on any orders. Colors viewed on a computer screen or mobile device vary from printed ink colors or paper colors as you see them online. We highly recommend ordering our Sample Pack.
Some accessories ship from third party suppliers and may require additional production time. To ensure that accurate estimations for order processing and shipping are met, products from third party suppliers may be ordered as soon as quantities are confirmed. These items cannot be returned to our third party suppliers and therefore are not refundable. If you place an order for a certain quantity, we will not be able to change that quantity mid-process.
We may agree to cancel or refund portions of an order that have not yet been designed, printed or shipped. If you have received a proof for a design, you are responsible for the cost of design time to personalize it for you and you are responsible for applicable design fees. Any agreement to refund a portion of any order is at the discretion of Paper Muse .Co on a per order basis. You agree to this by placing an order with us.
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction! If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-personalized order and would like to exchange it for another item in our shop, you can return your order within 30 days of the original purchase date. Personalized orders cannot be returned. You pay shipping to return items to Dreaming In Paper as well as shipping for the new item to be shipped out to you. Once we receive your item, in like-new condition, we will provide a store credit to you - less 15% for handling. Your order must be post marked within 30 days of your original order to receive store credit.
